Although it has been debated in Parliament, there are no plans to change the age from 17.
there about 4 people in that age group in the world
Depends on the country or state. In the UK, 16 year olds can make that decision themselves.
(forgot to say in uk)
18 year olds got the vote in the UK in 1969 with the passing of the Representation of the People Act 1969. It came into effect for the 1970 general election.
It depends on when your birthday is, if you just turned 17 last fall or sometime this year, you would likely be a junior in high school (11th grade) but if your 18th birthday is coming up sometime this school year or this summer, then you would be a senior (12th grade).
It depends on a series of factors. If there is a gadget coming out for 16 year olds or a range for 15-17 year olds then it'd be best to put your name forward for testing. How you would come to do this? I'd find out the name of gadget companies in the same country as you, go onto their websites and find out how to do so.
