This sounds like the same problem I had with my 2002 Z06, and many other people have with their C5 Corvettes. There is a problem with the EBTCM (Electronic Brake and Traction Control Module) in the C5. Visit www.absfixer.com to get your module repaired (you have to remove it yourself and send it to them).
