this website stinks

who ever wrote that answer better knock it off...

people expect to find an answer if there isn't an unanswered sign next to it but instead they find "this website stinks" its not any ones fault but your own that your not smart enough to figure it out! i came on here first found that there wasn't an answer, was P.O'ed, then went and did research. I used my Nordic-Track Audio-Strider 990 to get some of the mathematical info i needed. I believe the answer is 914 revolutions.

here is the formula i used:

Given that 1 mile = 5,280 feet

And an 18 inch wheel =1.8 Ft (diameter)

Pi x 1.5(ft) = 5.652 ft circumference

meaning that a 1.8 ft wheel will travel about 5.7 ft per revolution.

5,280/5.7= ABOUT 914 revolutions per mile
