in construction a yard of concrete is not in cubic yards. A yard of concrete (in bulk) cost about $75 (Alabama) and is 4 inchs thick. Most Sidewalks, driveways and platforms are only 4 inch thick.
So 1 80lbs back covers a little over 1 square foot at 4 inches thick.
