None, unless you first complain to your employer seeking resolution. And then, if the employer entirely fails to act - rather than not doing what YOU want - you must file a charge with EEOC or your state agency and allow them to investigate and attempt resolution. Only then can you sue, at your own expense, and carrying the entire burden of proof throughout the trial.
