Since they were large, predators wouldn't dare hunt a baby allosaurus.
Allosaurus was a carnivore, so the term "herd" isn't accurate. A group of carnivorous animals is usually called a "pack." Allosaurus may or may not have lived in packs, and there isn't any definitive evidence in either direction. Another possibility is that they were solitary, but occasionally gathered together to hunt large sauropods such as Diplodocus, Brachiosaurus, Camarasaurus, and Apatosaurus.
Allosaurus would probably wind. Velociraptor was much smaller than their depiction in Jurassic Park, was no bigger than a turkey and probably not do much damage to Allosaurus, which was nearly as large as T. Rex.
how many teeth does allosaurus have
it is were it kinda lies
Allosaurus did not have horns.
Hunt's Snack Pack was created in 1968.
Allosaurus walked on two feet.
There were many species of allosaurs. Allosaurus Fragilis, Allosaurus Atrox, and Allosaurus Amplexus, plus others. Some were nearly as large as T Rex.
Allosaurus definitely would have hunted young Brachiosaurus. It would ambush, then pursue and grasp the prey with its arms, and dispatch it with a bite to the throat. It is unknown whether Allosaurus hunted adult sauropods, but if they did, Allosaurus would have to mob the sauropod as a group and slash it repeatedly until the prey finally bled to death.
they hunt in packs
I believe you are thinking of Ceratosaurus. Ceratosaurus wasn't large enough to hunt adult sauropods, but could hunt young ones or scavenge on adults. Allosaurus, however, was much larger, so Ceratosaurus would have to wait for its turn if it wanted to scavenge at the same site as Allosaurus.
