This is a difficult question to answer, given the length of time over which the kamikaze attacks occured (from October 1944 until the end of the war) and the number of ships which were struck. However, during the campaign for Okinawa alone (April-June 1945), over 5,000 U.S. sailors were killed in action as a direct result of kamikaze attacks.
According to the U.S. Air Force, a total of 2,800 kamikaze attackers sank 34 Navy ships, and damaged 368 more. They killed 4,900 sailors; and wounded over 4,800 more.
Probably about 6,000 US Sailors were killed by Kamikazes off Okinawa in '45.
At least 816,000 americans got killed
The British had 431 killed and the Americans had 37 killed.
Not many, when you compare that number to the number of Native- Americans killed.

Five people (all American?) were killed in the Boston Massacre. There were 11 Americans killed in the Boston Massacre
Many South Americans were killed by Spanish I think. If many were killed in North America, alot had to be killed in South America too.
