"Happy Kwanzaa" is a common greeting for Kwanzaa, a holiday observed by many African Americans that celebrates African heritage and culture. Wishing someone a "Joyous Kwanzaa" or "Peaceful Kwanzaa" are other respectful greetings for the holiday.

actually about 2% of black American's celebrate Kwanzaa, about 14% of the black community know the holiday was a made up holiday i believe in the year 1966!
We dont celebrate Kwanza, most Australians wouldnt even know what it is. We have a very very small population of African Americans.

Kwanzaa is a secular holiday of recent origin in the United States, celebrated primarily among Black Americans. While it shares many of the traditions of Islam, it really is not connected with Islam. Both Muslims and Christians can celebrate Kwanzaa.
