I do not think any were ever drafted. Several volunteered to serve. Grover Cleveland paid somebody else to serve for him. Bill Clinton got student deferments. George W. Bush joined the national guard and so avoided other service.
He didn't get drafted because he had a wife and children but he said if he was he would go to the Vietnam war.
