What happens when you take Advil and Dayquil at the same time?
Nothing will happen seeing as the new Dayquil contains acetaminophen and Advil contains Ibuprofen, which are two diffrerent pain relievers. The Advil is more a physical reliever, helps the aches, while the Dayquil, acetaminophen, works in the brain not peripherally. Just don't take too much. Listen and follow to the prescribed dosages and if uncomfortable take less then advised. In fact many doctors will prescribe both at the same time just at different hourly intervals i.e acetaminophen every 4-6 and ibuprofen every 6-8.

Probably. Several of the active ingredients can interfere with the markers used for detecting drugs. Psuedoephedrine may show up as meth. Ibuprofen tends to show up as marijuana. Many legal drugs show up on drug test; including nicotine and caffeine. But showing up doesn't mean Illegal drugs like Marihuana, cocainne and so on. The test drug is done to find if the future employee or else is using ILLEGAL drugs; not prescribed or over the counter(dayquil or nightquil or cold medicines).
