Depending on your tolerance, 1 will make you very high. Probaly not recommended if it is your first time. Try 4mg for your first time. Once you become aware of its effects, then you can move up to 8mg. YOU WILL GET HIGH. but be very careful. SO MANY OVERDOSES

Trust me on this one I normally shoot morphine 60mg but i couldn't find any so then i looked around and found some dilaudids instead and i would definitely say 7-8mg of dilaudids is very comparable to a 60 mg morphine. dilaudids are approximately 7.5 times stronger in mg comparison so 7.5 mg of morphine is about 1 mg of dilaudids.
