At least 64 MB, but 512 or more is recommended.
Windows 7 home premium 64-bit can support up to 16GB of RAM
If it has the minimum RAM and hard drive space, you can.
Sonic CD's minimum requirement is 8 Megabytes of RAM, which is a VERY small amount.
The official minimum for a 64-bit installation is 2 GB of RAM. There is no "recommended" amount, as it depends on what you are trying to do. The maximum supported depends on what edition you are using: Windows 7 Professional and Ultimate support 192 GB of RAM. Windows 7 Home Premium supports 16 GB of RAM. Windows 7 Home Basic supports 8 GB of RAM.
It depends on the version. 32-bit Windows supports up to 4GB of RAM, whereas 64-bit versions support 4GB + of RAM. It is the same with Windows Vista and 7.
3 gb
No. Windows XP Professional requires at least 128MB of RAM. (Official claims are that it will run on 64MB, but some features won't be available and performance will be near-unusable.)
Windows XP Home & Windows XP Pro
it's the same as windows 2000 pro system requirements.
The RAM that Windows 7 Home Premium will take up, will not be reduced unless you add documents and photos to your "Documents" and "Pictures" folder, or you add more useful applications to your PC or Notebook.
Your RAM isn't needed, there's nothing to fill it with. RAM is temporary storage, which is used when you have multiple applications running, or using applications which require large amounts of RAM, eg. Games and Video Editing software.
Windows XP does not have the RAM, its the computer that has it. The amount of RAM can differ for each computer.
