There are at least 5 actually.
1. Mary - mother of James and Joseph (Matthew 27:56), referred to by Matthew as "The other Mary" (Matthew 27:61, 28:1). She was present, together with Mary, the mother of Jesus, and Mary Magdalene, when Jesus WA crucified (Matt 27:55-56). She was also among the women who went to the tomb to anoint His body. According to John 19:25, she was a sister of Mary, Jesus' mother, and the wife of Cleopas.
2. Mary, the mother of Jesus, also stood at the cross with two other women named Mary when Jesus was being crucified. At Pentecost, the Holy Spirit descended upon her and the other apostles in Jerusalem (Acts 1:14). There is evidence that Luke interviewed her about the Holy family which he used in his Gospel. After the crucifixion Mary made her home with John the disciple in Jerusalem and that she died there some time before his departure for a mission in Ephesus, possibly in the year 48 or 49, which would make her about 70 years old at the time of her death.
3. Mary was the name of the mother of John Mark, the author of the second Gospel. Her home was used as a gathering place for prayer meetings. After Peter was freed from prison by an angel, he fled to Mary's house to hide (Acts 12:11-17).
4. Another Mary was the sister of Martha and lazarus who lived together in Bethany, near Jerusalem. When Lazarus fell ill and died, Mary and Martha sent for Jesus who performed a miracle in raising Lazarus from the dead. Later Mary anointed Jesus' feet with a jar of costly perfume made from essence of nard, and wiped them clean with her hair (John 12:1-8).
5. Last, of course, is Mary Magdalene who was the first person to see Jesus after he was resurrected. (John 20:10-18). Her name literally means "Mary of Magdala," which is a town on the western shore of the Sea of Galilee. "Magdala" is the name for the town in the Aramaic language and in Hebrew it is "Migdol" or "Migdal."She was present during the crucifixion and burial of Jesus.
