There are two O2 sensors. One under the car behind the passenger side tire as you lay along the car. You'll see it stick out of the exhaust pipe, it has wires coming out of it. The other you'll find if you crawl under from the front, it is just ahead of the Catalytic Converter, along the same pipe.
