First Class cricket has been around for around 150 years, possibly longer. This is what formed the basis of the English and Australian cricket teams (the first in international cricket), who's first international match was 1877. This could be the year you are after. (Note - Australia won this match by 45 runs) Cricket was first played at the Olympics in 1900, between Great Britain and France (although the French team were short on players and henceforth some English players competed in the opposing team to make a contest). Great Britain won this match by 158 runs. Since then many forms of cricket have been developed and tested, but the other two international formats - barring a few minor tournaments such as the Hong Kong Sixes - of ODI (One Day International) and T20I (Twenty 20 International) were adopted in 1971 and 2005 respectively. it is worth noting that all initial matches in each format were played and won by Australia, with England loosing in two (Test and ODI) and New Zealand in one (T20I).

This is a rough calculation of Stuart Broad's Earnings in 2014 .This is not straightforward to answer as there are multiple components, But we can calculate an approximate figure as follows. His basic contract with ECB is as follows*Basic Salary - £700,000 *Test Fee - £12,000 *ODI Fee - £5,000 * T20I Fee - £3,000He played 8 Test matches ( £96,000), 6 ODI matches (£30,000) , 8 T20I (£24,000) in 2014.Finally there is commercial endorsements. No figures are public but his website details half a dozen high-profile sponsors such as adidas, Red Bull and Maximuscle, Investec, etc.... The money for these can be surprisingly large. £400,000 from endorsement could be a fair guestimate. Then total earnings of Stuart Broad in 2014 is £1.25 million.
Hello everyone! Gaikwad's 123* is eclipsed by Maxwell's cyclone batting of 104* to keep Australia in the series. Third Twenty20 International between Australia and India: Glenn Maxwell's 104 not-out stunned the hosts as Australia pulled off a thrilling come-from-behind victory to maintain the T20I series at 2-1. Ruturaj Gaikwad struck a 123* to lead India to a dominant 222 in Guwahati. Matthew Wade, the captain of Australia, had earlier won the toss and urged India to bat first. Australia removed Yashasvi Jaiswal early on and maintained total control of the Indian top order early on. However, Ruturaj Gaikwad and Surya Kumar Yadav managed to hold onto the optimism that India could achieve a high score. Conversely, Australia had for the most part of the innings held up with the asking rate when they came to bat. When it came down to Axar Patel's 19th and Prasidh's 20th delivery, Australia required 43 off 12 balls, 21 off six balls, and two off the final delivery. Maxwell and Matthew Wade relished in the damp conditions, hitting the boundary at will. To silence the home crowd, Maxwell crushed the last four balls for 6, 4, 4, 4. Australia won thanks to 91 runs off 40 balls shared by Glenn Maxwell and Mathew Wade. Watch the live cricket matches on Winexch without fail.
