I am from the UK and we don't have a "congress" but i found this and i hope it helps...

The state's General Assembly is an 80 member body and they send 13 delegates to the US House of Representative.

A total of 13. The delegation currently has 8 Democrats and 5 Repiblicans in the 111th Congress. Chris Smith of the 4th District is currently the Dean of the Delagation.

New Jersey controls 12 seats in the U.S. House of Representatives from 3 January 2013 until 3 January 2023.

New Jersey controlled 13 House seats from 3 January 1993 until 3 January 2013, and if the 2020 population projections released by the U.S. Census Bureau in 2011 are accurate, New Jersey will continue to control 12 House seats after 2023.
