That is a hard question to answer; it depends on the requirements of your domain. It would be better to have delegation of authority to a sub-administrator, perhaps via OU (organizational units).
Create the VLANs on a switch in VTP server mode and allow them to propogate to the other switches in the domain.
"Administrator" is a built in account that comes with Vista. What it sounds like you are trying to do is change the name of your account to "administrator" or create a new account called "administrator" but that name is already taken by the built-in account - you can't have two accounts with the same name, even if one is called"Administrator" and the other is called "administrator". You should be able to create a new account and assign administrator privileges to it in Vista. You can even call it something close to "Administrator" - something like "administrator1" would probably work. You should also be able to change the name of the built-in account, but the name "administrator" may still be reserved and not available for you to use even if you change the name of the built-in Administrator account. I'm not at a Vista machine where I can test it out.If the problem is an inability to create an administrator TYPE of account, then you are faced with a different problem and something is wrong with the OS
You can change administrator's password by a few easy steps.1. Open the Start menu and click on "Run..."2. Type "cmd" and click enter.3. Type "net user (admin name) *Where it says (admin name) you should type the administrator's name. Make sure you type a space and then a *.4. It should ask you to type a password. Just type enter if you want no password. It should then ask you to confirm. Re-type what you just typed.5. There you are. Log out of your account, and their password should be changed/gone. Now go onto their account, go to "User Accounts" and make yourself an administrator.6. GET SUSPENDED
A Domain Name System should be set up in a larger network environment because it gives the Network Administrator more control of how domain names are resolved to IP addresses. They can block websites, etc.
Domains can be very complicated. If you create diffrent names for the domains it can couse issues in connectivity. The primary Domain controller should have the Base line name of the entire forest(All of the computers in a network) When creating second domains they can have subnames. Example: Primary domain controller is called Contoso.com, When adding other domain controllers they should look like this: Contoso.xyz.com If you create a domain with a completely diffrent name it will not be able to join the primary domain. If you create all the domain controllers with the exact same name then they will not know what to connect to or witch one is primary
Typically the administrator account only shows on the welcome screen when there is no other user defined. Once a new user is created, the administrator account becomes hidden, but still accessible. You're guest account should be able to be turned off, provided you have administrator rights.

Creating limited user accounts can stop allot of mall-ware and other malicious programs from executing themselves. The main administrator account should never used to general every day use because it will allow anything and everything to run. Limited user accounts will prevent malicious code from running because you will be prompted to enter the administrator account's password before it can run.
Windows XP doesn't have a (published) finite limit on the number of accounts that can be created. You should be able to create as many accounts as you have hard drive space for.
It is necessary for you to be the administrator of your PC or else you will not be able to install specific programs or change settings. Only create a limited account for other users who constantly change the settings of the PC
Computer Administrator will only show on the welcome screen when there are no other users defined. Once you create a user, Administrator will become hidden. Only way to retrieve this ( without a registry hack ) is to disable your welcome screen and fast user switching from the User Accounts option in the Control Panel. This will affect you in two major ways. . . 1) You will need to type out all of your Usernames when you log on. ( Including Administrator ) 2) You will no longer be able to switch between users while staying logged on. You will need to log off completely.
