Believe me, no one knows for sure, but in an average anthill, there are about... 700,000 ants. In small ones in the cracks of sidewalks, there are about 200. Big ones that live in the ground, there are about 500,000 to 700,000. It doesn't seem like there are that many, but there are. Do you see those other ant hills around your house, and on the sidewalks? Well, those are some of them too. And they're producing even more by the second. Millions! There's a queen ant in some of them, and the soldiers have babies with her. Workers never have babies with the queen.
The houses the ants live in are usually built only 2 metre high. A house that big, and ants so small might fit about 45,000 to 80,000 of them. The world record holder ant house is 10 meter or higher containing up to 200,000 ants.
There are many ants in a nest. It depends on the length on the nest. If it is bigger, probably more ants. This is just coming from common sense. If you want to find a decent or precise answer you should search it in Google. If you already have, then wait for another answer.
only so tall or it would be a mountain
As many as 10-500000000000!!

the only male in the entire colony (and the only ant that isn't blind) is the drones, or those flying ants. the queen only has to mate once and she will produce babies all the time, when a colony of ants moves, the queen has to temporarilly shut off her ability to give birth. once the ants have reached their new destination, the queen sends out a signal for one of the drones to come and mate with her so that she can produce babies again. the drone is to big to fit inside the anthill, so the other ants have to clip of his wings so that he can get inside the colony, after mating, the drone then dies.

You can only fit 32 eggs in your mouth at one time.
Like all insects, Ants do indeed breath. However, unlike humans and other mammals they do not have lungs and the oxygen is not carried by the blood. Instead they take oxygen in to their bodies through openings in the abdomen. This system of tubes, called tracheae and tracheoles, allows Atmospheric oxygen to pass to the tissues. The outside openings of tracheae are called "spiracles". Ants are small enough that they need only a few spiracles and these do not have valves to control the oxygen flow, as with larger insects.
There are 12,500 identified species of ants. There is an estimated 22,000 species to be in the world. The ant fits into an ecosystem as an important insect for controlling the dead organic debris clean up.
no there mouth would be way too small to fit an ant into it
Since ants are so tiny, they could fit the tiny gaps where the lid closes.
It depends on whether they are curr ants, penn ants or tyr ants.

Unless more than one prey animal can fit into the mouth of a predator at a time (eg an ant eater can eat lots of ants at a time), then normally a predator can only consume one carcass at a time.
Altough the Queen ant is big and the hole is small it can still usually fit
There are over 200 different species of ants that fit in the classification of Army Ants, so there is no clear definition of their size.
