There are 3 books. The 1st part is from Bella's point of view, the 2nd from Jacob's, and the 3rd from Bella's. If you are talking about the movie, then there are 2 parts, the 1st part is now out of DVD, and the 2nd part comes out in November 2012.
Four- Obadiah, 2nd John, 3rd John, Jude.
The Gospels are the books of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. They are the first four books of the New Testament.
The Bible does not have a 2nd and 3rd book of John, but there are three short epistles ascribed to John in the New Testament: 1 John, 2 John, and 3 John. These books are located towards the end of the New Testament, after the Gospel of John.

Jude is the 2nd to last book in the Bible.
Catholics believe there are 46 books in the Old Testament and 27 in the New Testament. Most Protestant faiths claim there are only 39 inspired books in the Old Testament but agree that there are 27 in the New Testament. The extra seven books in the Catholic versions of the Bible are called the Deutero-canonicals and include the books of Tobit, Judith, Wisdom of Solomon, Sirach, Baruch, and 1st and 2nd Maccabees. Some Protestant versions of the Bible also include these seven books but they are not considered to be inspired by God and are generally called the Apocryphal Books.
Different people have differing opinions, so much so that it's not safe to give any list and say "here they are" without either including some that someone doesn't think should be included or leaving out some that someone thinks should be included. I recommend the Wikipedia article "Books of the Bible" if you want a full list broken down by who includes and excludes what.
The compilers of the Bible are not that certain as to what order the Books should have been placed. It was only by the events of each book was the present bible compiled. (King James Version).
The first 21 books of the Old Testament in order are: Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, Deuteronomy, Joshua, Judges, Ruth, 1st Samuel, 2nd Samuel, 1st Kings, 2nd Kings, 1st Chronicles, 2nd Chronicles, Ezra, Nehemiah, Esther, Job, Psalms, Proverbs, and Ecclesiastes.
It depends on what you accept as the canon of Scripture. A typical Protestant canon does not include any mention of Judas Maccadaeus. Almost all of our information about this man comes from the books of the Maccabees (I believe it is split into 1st and 2nd Maccabees) and the writings of Josephus. It is a typical Protestant canon, the Apocrypha is not viewed as equal to the other works nor are they accepted as part of Scripture and so we do not find mention of him. If you want to read about him, find a Catholic Bible- or a study Bible with the inclusion of Apocryphal books.
