In you skills such as strength, stamina, dexterity, and intellect you get 3 points per level up. In your Skill Tree by the time you're level 80 (max level), you can have every stat maxed out to 20.

There was not really a Champions of Norrath 2 unless you count Champions Return to Arms. So do not expect the game as it has been a number of years and a new release is unlikely especially in a PS2 version of the game

You probably dont have something setup right for your controllers, it should let you have 3 players connected from the start
