Actually very few in my experience. Sure it is going to happen or rather, you will hear about it happening, but the vast majority of bachelors will not cheat at their bachelor parties. If they are drunk enough to try they will be too drunk to know what they are doing and probably incapable. Some guys will exert a bit of peer pressure for 'that last chance' but most will not except in a joking fashion.
I don't believe that there is a collective noun for bachelors, which is understandable, since bachelors don't normally hang out in groups. So, should you need to describe a group of bachelors, you are free to choose a noun that seems appropriate; for example, a barren of bachelors (not many), a bonus of bachelors (more than two), a blessing of bachelors (many), etc.
No. the bachelor's in science degree (BS) is a general degree category from which many specific programs or study (majors) fall. In other words, it could be a bachelors in science degree in engineering (engineering being the major), or a bachelors in science degree in biology, or physics, nursing, etc. Typically, within the United States the bachelor degree falls into two categories; bachelor of arts, and bachelor in science. Outside the United States there are bachelors degrees that have other categories, but within the US the two I have mentioned are the most common. Thus, it is a bachelors in science degree, with a major in engineering.

Yes you can. Many individuals with an existing bachelor's degree take an associate degree to either supplement the bachelor's or choose another career path that the associates can offer. Some courses will be able to be transferred from your bachelor's to the associates. How many depends on the program of study at the bachelor's level, and the one you choose at the associates level.
Of course you can. There are so many universities, among which don't need a bachelors honours degree. But at the very least, you should remember that a bachelors honous degree must be superior to so-called just a bachelor's degree..
