Cement comes in bags that weigh 94 lbs. The volume of the bag is approximately 1 cubic foot. If you want to mix concrete which is a mixture of a coarse aggregate (gravel) and a fine aggregate (sand) and something to bond the two aggregates together (cement) then firstly you need to know the strength concrete that you require. For 1 cubic yard of 3000psi (pounds per square inch) strength you will need about 6 bags cement 12 cubic feet of sand and 24 cubic feet of gravel. Rule of thumb is the ratio should be 1:2:4 (cement:sand:gravel)
5 or 6. An 80 lb. bag of ready mix concrete will make about 1/2 cubic foot of concrete. A 94 lb. bag of portland cement mixed with 1 1/2 cu. ft of stone (coarse gravel) and 1 cu. ft. of sand will make 3 cubic feet of concrete or 6 times as much. (this is a common 1:2:3 mix) Quikcrete ready mix is often made with 1 part cement, and 2 1/2 parts each sand and stone. A 1:1 1/2: 3 mix is a stronger mix but you get less volume, at 5 1/2 cubic feet per bag of cement.

If a 20kg bag of cement=0.1m3 with 100 lots o 0.01 to 1m3 then you will need 12.5 bags per m3. So you need approx 11.5m3 of sand and 144 bags of cement (144 x 0.01 = 1.44m3) to give you a total of 12.94m3

That depends on the size of your bags! My bags are 25 kg (20 l) 5 inches is 120 mm I would use 2 bags of cement and 4 bags of sand and 6 bags of gravel (well I do not buy my gravel in bags but the equivalent volume). I would mix with as little water as necessary to get a pourable consistency.
