Assuming you meant redimix concrete (cement is just a portion of concrete, although some people use the terms interchangably), and you are needing 1.5 cubic yards (total size 3 feet by 3 feet by 6 feet) you would need about 5400 pounds of it, adjusting for waste. 5400 lbs is 90 bags at 60 pounds each or about 68 bags at 80 pounds each. If you are pouring a 4" slab that is 1.5 square yards, you need about 600 pounds. (you can do the math on the number of bags. I went through similar calculations when I was planning to pour a front walk and decided to order it and have it dellivered. I know this seems like a lot, but you can confirm it yourself. Quikrete is one brand of redimix, and they have a nifty calculator on their site to calculate how many you need. See www.quickrete.com/calculator/main.asp If you truly meant "cement", then it would depend on your proportions of aggregate (sand, stone, etc) to cement that you choose for your concrete.
