To replace a blend door on a 1999 Voyager, you will begin by checking which side of the vehicle is not receiving heat. Then, remove the glove box door by squeezing the inside of the door toward the center of the door to access the blend door.

Are you sure its not a "blend door" actuator? Belnd door actuators are part of the HVAC system and control the hot/coldair flaps.
For late model Tahoe with dual climate control, there are two blend door actuators, both located underneath the dash near the main control panel. One is extremely hard to access. There are several repairs out there like heatertreater or if you just need the actuator check out amazon for the lowest priced motors.
If the car has a separate temp control for the passenger side and the driver side it would have two blend doors, otherwise it would only have one.
