It depends on if you mean "sunk forever" or "sunk but returned to service".

In all, over 350 boats, ships, and aircraft were sunk at Pearl Harbor.

Of all the Naval craft, all but 3 were refloated, repaired, and returned to service.

A total of 6 ships were sunk. Many others were heavily damaged (to the point of being considered lost for scrap) and another was eventually lost due to the damage inflicted earlier. Of the sunk vessels, three were repaired and refloated by the end of the war; the others, notably the Arizona, remain on the ocean floor as a tribute and memorial.
