His parents knew something was wrong with him when he displayed violent behavior towards his aunt. One time she was sleeping and woke up to Jeffrey at the bottom of her bed. He had arranged knives all around her. He wasn't shown love as a child and was addicted to pornography. Later in life, he wanted to fill those urgues and did so to his victims. By him injecting chemicals into their brain, he thought that they wouldn't die and would stay with him forever. Maybe if he had a different childhood, he would've been led to such violent crimes.
