Well it really depends on how old you are. If you are just developing then you probably need 2-6 depending on how often you wash your clothing. Here's a list of some bra's you might need:
1) A plain white one to go under pale tops
2) A plain black or dark one to go under dark tops
3) A sports bra or two (depending on how sporty you are)
4) A strapless or clear strapped bra to wear with strapless or revealing tops
5) A one or two plain or patterned ones for everyday use
6) Some sexy bra's (if you are old enough and want to please a partner)
You probably don't need all of these but this is the main types.
