100 rounds per second. do the math- 6000 round per minute divided it by 60 and you have 100.
Anywhere from 400 to 1200 rounds per minute. Some Gatling guns can fire 6000 a minute, although they may not be considered TRUE machine guns.
Gatling gun rates of fire depend on caliber, number of barrels and whether electric or hand powered.
Depends on what model you are talking about, 8-15 rds.
ABOUT 10. The rate of fire is 6oo rounds per minute.
I assume you mean the M134 Minigun - but the term is also used with other powered Gatling Guns. The M134 has a selectable rate of fire from 2,000 to 6,000 rounds per minute.
600
it all depends is it a gatling gun (about 2000 a min) or a 50 cal (about 300 min) or Metalstorm (about 2,000,000 a min)
The F22 can mount a 20 mm Gatling Gun, with 480 rounds of ammo. Primary weapons are not the gun, but missles.
The original Gatling gun was gravity fed from a hopper of loose cartridges, and held no specific number of rounds of ammunition. Later Gatlings used a stick type magazine, but capacity of those varied from 20 to 50 rounds. The M-134 minigun, a modern Gatling gun used on helicopters and gunships, has a 4000 round belt. There was no ONE gatling gun, and thus no ONE answer.
Seven to ten.
The minigun shoots 6000 rounds per minute, that is 100 bullets a second, so it does have about 1000-10000 bullets
