Most people say that a 2000 calorie per day intake is average. If you can cut that down to about 1000 calories per day, you're now talking diet!

One way to do this safely is to eat cereal or oatmeal. They still contain necessary vitamins but do not amount to too many calories.

Throw in a piece of chicken for protein and there ya go!
