I know by looking at other sites that it is around 200 or 250 but it doesn't matter what you deep fry it is it is still bad for you. Steamed or baked is the best way to go. I usually bake mine skinless on tin foil on a cookie sheet at 400 degrees for about 10 min and comes out juicy and NO fat.I mix garlic and ginger(fresh) pepper smear it on and then add fresh green onions after it is cooked.Hope this helps
