To stay the same weight, around 1500 to 1800. But it varies on how active you are. If you are not active i'd say go closer to 1500 but if you are active id say around 1800 maybe more depending on you activity level.
This all depends on how active you are. 1200 is a healthy goal to want to loose weight. If you are working out you can always bump your calorie intake to 1500.
