No standard exists telling how many calories a 25 year old woman needs to eat in one day and neither does anyone else. Calorie needs depend on her height, job, and type of activities. A tall woman will need more calories than a short woman. A woman constantly walking around will need more calories than one sitting behind a desk all day.
