The rough values are 1800-2000 cal, but individual differences might influence this value. There isn't much pint in going way lower, that'll only set your metabolism to "slow burn" which is the exact opposite of what yoy want for weight loss.

About 1,800 calories.

Depends on if you want to loose weight ... you could have a 1,500. Or if you want a good healthy diet, 1,500 through 1,850
