However, if you are hungry after eating a normal meal, eat a healthy snack such as fruit or nuts. If you are an excessive eater and find it necessary to eat more than your average calories per day, then you must excersise to burn off the extra calories. Swimming is a great excersise that is light on the body and hard on the fat. It has one of the highest calorie burning counts of all excersises. I hope this helps
