I personally eat about 2500 to three thousand calories a day, and way in a just over 9 and a half stone, how ever I don't generally snack duering the day, it's a big bowl of Musli for Breakfast a sandwich for lunch, and pretty big meals for dinner such as roasts... of and somtimes a cheeky lagar for the weekend... hope this helps;)
