Ok, its actually kind of a fun little math problem. 1 lb = 3500 calories (for everyone, it doesnt matter how old you are, how tall you are, how much you currently weigh).
So if you want to lose 10 lbs, you're going to have to burn 35,000 calories.
That means if you get rid of 350 calories a day (either by exercising them off, or eatting 350 calories less than you already are) you'll lose that weight over the course of 100 days (i.e. a little over 3 months).
21st 10lb equates to 137.9kg
164 lbs = 11st 10lb. One stone equals 14 lbs.
115st 10lb
8-10lb
61.7 kg, approx.
200oz. is greater
12st 10lb
what does this have to do with the question
4.58kg = 10lb 1.55oz
163 ounces.
yes but not recommended
Line capacity without reducer is 300m of 10lb; with full reducer, capacity is 200m of 10lb and with a shallow reducer spool, capacity is further reduced to 150m of 10lb. Come have a look at my carp fishing website on my profile.
