The bible does not say exactly how many children Adam and Eve had .But they had sons and daughters beside Abel and Cain, so Cain married his sister.
Herman Cain has 2 children
Two grandchildren specifically were mentioned for Adam and Eve in the book of Genesis. One was Enoch, as Cain's son and Adam's and Eve's grandson [Genesis 4:17]. The other was Enosh, as Seth's son and the couple's grandson [4:26].Adam and Eve obviously had significantly more grandchildren than are recorded. The ones we do know about are: Enoch, son of Cain (Genesis 4:17)Enos, son of Seth (Genesis 4:26)According to Genesis 5:7 Seth had sons and daughters (after Enos) and so Adam had an absolute minimum of 5 from that line.Adam himself had sons and daughters (most likely apart from those referred to) and so there are also grandchildren from those lines, although of course at that early time people were marrying within their own family. So sons of both Cain and Seth were 'doubly' related also through the maternal line.eve

Ray Bradbury had four daughters and eight grandchildren.
The Bible tells us that Adam and Eve had other sons and daughters. Though it should be appalling to us, brothers and sisters married and had children. So Cain was referring to his other brothers and sisters and their children. The Bible doesn't say how old Cain lived to, but Adam lived to 930. He could have had many, many children in that time, and so could all of his children. It's a safe guess that Cain also could have lived to be in his 900s, as all the recorded ages up until the flood were about that.
Cain is mentioned by name 14 times in the Bible. He is primarily mentioned in the book of Genesis, especially in the account of his murder of his brother Abel.
Satan had one son named Cain Cain had many
Cain was not the only one there. Adam and Eve had many children, and their children had children.

Cain, as depicted in the Bible, is a biblical figure and is not considered to be alive in a physical sense. He is portrayed as the son of Adam and Eve and the brother of Abel. According to the Bible, he killed his brother Abel out of jealousy.
