The Bible tells us that Adam and Eve had other sons and daughters. Though it should be appalling to us, brothers and sisters married and had children.
So Cain was referring to his other brothers and sisters and their children.
The Bible doesn't say how old Cain lived to, but Adam lived to 930. He could have had many, many children in that time, and so could all of his children.
It's a safe guess that Cain also could have lived to be in his 900s, as all the recorded ages up until the flood were about that.
