Only one i think. cuz in the middle of the book, it shows Kyo with a young boy that looks like him, and in the end when Tohru and Kyo are together, both older now, it shows a mom, telling her daughter to leave ''grandma and grandpa'' alone, so they have atleast one kid, and a grand child. the woman is most likely to be their son's wife
