The iPhone and Nintendo DS maps are designed without the capabilities that are part of the PS3 Xbox 360 and PC Zombie maps. Other maps that you are calling Fan Made are actually theft of services and are anything but something a Fan should be doing and illegal since they violate copyright protection laws
