The color of the rosette would be the same order from the Interior to the Outer color edge as you see on the Flag, from the staff to the end: BLUE WHITE RED. This same pattern was used for the roundel markings used to identify French aircraft and tanks: Red for the outer circle and Blue in the center. (The British colors are reversed with the Red in the center.) Custermen
