50, spread them out or do them all at once
you have to do at least .300 crunches or planks a day
No. It takes months of full body training to get a six-pack.
Do 10,000,000 crunches in a day, it wont help in the first place. A waste of time. Hanging leg lifts will help tremendously! Olympians do them!
i have an 8-pack. don't say it's not possible because my coach was in the Olympics and she nos wat she is doing. YES IT IS POSSIBLE 2 GET A 6-PACK BY DOING THOSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It is not bad to do crunches every day. This is unless you overdo the crunches to the point of pain.
I've seen people who haven't done a single crunch in their while life but have a six pack abs. It's all in the diet. Pain of not eating is better than 1000 crunches then eating pasta after.
Depents on your fat ratio. If you have no fat at all they will show after a week (like 50 crunches a day) if you have more fat you will get the abs but they wont show until the fat is gone.
yes it is healthy but dont work out too much or else u will stop growing
you won't get a 6 pack doing situps try doing crunches, start doing about 10 to 20 then move upto 100 or even 1000 when you feel you can do it. you should see a real difference in about 3 or 4 months.
Do a hundred crunches feet up in the air and try to touch your toes with each one. Then do a hundred more with your feet flat on the ground. Then do a hundred with each leg in the air. Then do a hundred reverse crunches which is when you lie on your back with your legs up and lift your butt off the ground. If you do this every day for a week, you should have a six pack.
are you on crack? 8 months for a 4 pack? you can get a 4 pack in a month. do ab workouts everyother day and make sure you eat protien. for a 4 pack your barely need to watch what you eat. just work out..sit ups crunches push ups etc.
It depends on how many you're doing. If you're doing 3 sets of 3 crunches 3 times a day, I would say no unless you have some kind of strange medical condition. If you're doing 3 sets of 3,000 crunches 3 times a day every day...you'll injure yourself. Just pay attention to your body and how sore you are. Your abs are just like any other muscle in your body...if you work them too hard you will harm them. If you are just starting out, I would recommend that you work your way up to doing 3 sets of 25 crunches 3 times a day, 3 days a week. When you can do that comfortably, start doing 4 sets of 25 crunches 3 times a day, 3 days a week.
