Depends on the kind of sugar. Confectioner's (10x) is probably about a cup and a half, maybe a little more. Brown sugar, packed, it's between 3/4 (approx. 135 g) and 1 cup (approx. 180 g). Finally, 160 g of regular, granulated sugar should be a little more than 3/4 of a cup.

Hope that helps. Or, if you're an American and love to bake, like me, do yourself a favor and get an electronic kitchen scale.

Use just less than a cup for 160 grams.
