Nascar drivers do not crash on purpose. But these days, some drivers do for revenge. But in the old days, (like 1960's) they would not crash on purpose because if they crash, it would have been a fatal accident. Or it's gonna be a rough ride. Nascars used to get airborn and barrel rolled like crazy, but these days, crashes arent that brutal. Now nascars just crash into a wall and slide on the cement.
Yes but the vehicle would need to be insured.
" If the crash is investigated by an officer, the driver need not make a written report. " -Official Florida Driver's Handbook, page 18. It's page 20, not 18. At least in my Official Florida Driver's Handbook ; The police officer takes care of the report, if no report is done by the officer than you must make a written report yourself of the crash within 10 days. The officer will provide you with a copy of the form for your records.
the employer alone sets and changes your schedule, and must pay you for all days worked.
3-5 days depending on the employer and the state.ANSWERThere are no state laws requiring that you must be paid for any days that you are sick and unable to work.
Yes, the employer can ask. But you can always refuse and take the consequences.
can you rescind on purchase of a vehicle days later in California
The employer can never use your pay. YOU can be compelled to use your paid time ( a gift from the employer) for days you do not work. The employer can make any rule it wishes about that.
Depends on your employer.
That depends on your contract with the employer.
It depends on the employer's sick leave policies.
