No particular rush on watermelon that's been refrigerated. They don't typically do much beyond getting moldy and you can see that. The main problem is they absorb flavors from the fridge. If you refrigerated a tuna casserole, you're in for quite a surprise. If the watermelon tastes fizzy, skip it.
