This would be highly dependent on:
- type and size of tires (coefficient of friction, sidewall flex)
- weather (wet, dry, warm cold)
- road surface (gravel, smooth asphalt , rough asphalt, concrete)
- weight of the car/truck
- angle of the skid
- speed of the skid
- speed of the tires while skidding (braking, accelerating in relation to surface speed)

It depends on the type of car.
Cars don't skid
The past tense of skid is skidded. Your car may skid in the rain. My car skidded across the intersection.
When a car skids, the rear end of the car is coming around, a counter skid is when you counter that first skid in an attempt to correct the skid.
What do you mean by "Skid"?
You turn your front wheels into the skid to regain steering.
about how fast is a car going that leaves skid marks of 80 feet
When the skid happens you will naturally turn your head to look where the car is going, The direction you are looking is the direction of the skid, you are looking to the right, it is a right hand skid.
About 130db but that is just one car
Depending on the car this can reach 130-135 decibels. So yes you can feel it in your chest
Take your foot off the gas, brake gently, steer into the skid.
