Depends on the size of the ear, and the variety. If you are growing Bantam corn ( a pure seed, NOT genetically modified ) about 1 1/2 ears will produce a pint. If you are using other varieties, like peaches and cream, or Golden Nugget you will get about a pint from each ear.
