It depends on what you mean by a serving. The USDA recommendation is for 2-3 servings of protein per day. The average large egg (or the whites of two large eggs) would contribute around 6.3g of protein. This qualifies as one serving. The National Heart Lung and Blood Institute considers the two egg whites to be equivalent to one very lean meat.
Elsewhere, the USDA recommends 0.8 grams of protein per day for each kilogram of body mass. This is around 50g per day for most people. By this measure, one egg providese 12% of the average daily intake of protein, making something like 2.5 eggs one serving. But that would also contribute a significant amount of fat and cholesterol to your diet--fine on occasion, but not a good place to go looking for the bulk of your daily dietary protein needs.

how many eggs in half a dozen
Eggs and beans are considered a meat group serving because they have lots of protein just like meats.
Well many eggs are needed It depends what eggs they are If they are chicken eggs then you will need more than if they were goose eggs So that's your answer xD
The birds do not need to lay so many eggs because the probability of all the eggs getting hatched is higher compared to the amphibians. Secondly, the predators that feed on the eggs are fewer as compared to the other animals that lay very many eggs.

Assuming 2 eggs per person, you would need 200 eggs for 100 people.
