If you really want to get fit and lose weight, you should exercise and drink at least 64 fl oz of water daily.

- It works, I tried it a few years ago and lost 45 pounds in 6 months. Hard to keep up though .

to drink a day? to keep properly hydrated divide your body weight in half. drink that in ounces of water.

ei. I am 120 lbs so i drink about 60 ounces a day.
