There is no real answer to that, in that you can use as many as you want. It is a good idea not to use too many. You might use some different ones for some main headings, but things like the data would probably all be the same. Having too many fonts could be distracting. The most important thing on a worksheet is the data itself, so it essential that the emphasis is put on the accuracy of the data first, before what fonts are used. After ensuring everything is correct you can then look at changing some fonts.
No more than two
Default row height in Excel 2007 is 15, if you leave the default font and font size alone. The default row height depends on the default font. For example, if you change the font and font size in Excel Options to Arial 10, the default row height will become the more familar 12.75 from Excel 2003.
You can get a tick through using Insert and Symbol. You will find it in the Wingdings font. You can also enter checkboxes and have cells associated with them.
The font size.
You can select only one theme at a time in Excel. Select the primary theme you want to display on the entire worksheet, then change the fonts for the cells you want to display a font different than the theme.
